I. Shipping Location Information
All products in our store are shipped directly from our US warehouse to ensure clear logistics routes, stable delivery, and to minimize transit time and improve overall delivery efficiency.
II. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed immediately upon successful payment. We will complete order review, sorting, and packaging within the same business day and hand them over to the logistics company for shipment as soon as possible.
III. Shipping Time
After order shipment, the normal shipping time is 2 business days. Specific delivery times may vary slightly due to holidays, weather, peak logistics periods, or other unforeseen circumstances, but we will make every effort to ensure on-time delivery.
IV. Return Policy Period
Return requests are supported within 30 days of the customer’s receipt of the goods, provided they meet the conditions. Return requests will not be accepted after 30 days. Thank you for your understanding.
V. Refund Processing Time
After the returned goods are approved and confirmed to meet the return conditions, we will complete the refund processing within 3 business days and return the funds to the original payment method. The actual arrival time may vary slightly depending on the processing speed of the payment platform or bank. VI. Other Notes
If the logistics are disrupted due to incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to sign for the package in a timely manner, or personal reasons, the user shall bear the relevant responsibilities. If a return is due to product quality issues, we will actively assist in the handling and assume corresponding responsibilities.
